Using Do Not Disturb with Your Avaya Phone

Entering Do Not Disturb Mode

1. If you do not want your phone to ring, press the “DND” button on your phone.
2. When your phone is on DND, all calls will be forwarded to your voicemail box .
3. If anyone pages or voice calls your phone, the phone will not ring.
4. While your phone is on DND, the green light on the “DND” button will be illuminated.
5. To turn off DND, press the “DND” button and the green light will fade.
