Answering multiple calls with your Avaya phone is simple. When your phone is receiving an incoming call, the caller’s information will appear in the phone’s display window.
- The notification for the second call will come up visually and will be accompanied by a half-ring sound.
- If you wish to answer, press the appearance button of the second caller.
- This will put the current call automatically on hold.
- To go back to the original call, press the appearance button of the original caller.
- This will put the second call automatically on hold.
