Muting a Call on Your Avaya Phone
Sometimes it is necessary to mute a call without putting it on hold.
- To mute a call, press the “Mute” button. This button will be lit while it is active.
- Please note that this action only silences your end of the conversation. You can still hear whoever is on the other end of the line.
- To unmute, press the lit “Mute” button again.
